Founded in 1996, Access Testing has a wealth of experience and expertise in working safely at height to test, inspect, certify, repair, maintain and supply the full range of fall protection and façade access equipment.
We are unique in the industry in that our company is primarily service-orientated, unlike others who usually focus on new-build projects within the construction sector. Working with over 2,000 customers nationally, we are one of the UK’s largest maintenance organisations in our field.
We inspect, test, certify, repair, maintain and supply a wide range of fall protection and façade access equipment. We also provide training services and rescue equipment, providing our customers with a fully comprehensive service to ensure safety at height at all times.
All our work is completed in accordance with the appropriate standards and specifications (e.g. BS EN 795, BS EN 7883, BS6037 Pts 1&2, BS7883, LOLER, BS EN 361 and the EU work at Height Directive).
At all times our main concern is the on-going safety of all personnel working height. Safety systems require inspection and re-certification on a regular basis. During testing, all components are visually inspected for signs of damage or corrosion as well as being subject to a proof-load test to ensure they can sustain a designated load.
